Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide, delivering handcrafted Moroccan pieces to homes across Europe and internationally.
Shipping Origin
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Belgium.
For customers within the European Union, this means no import duties or customs fees, as well as faster and more reliable delivery.
Order Preparation
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During high-demand periods, slight delays may occur. We always aim to prepare each order with the utmost care.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.
All costs are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tissire Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
