Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order or sourced on demand, ensuring consistent quality and authenticity. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days.
For hand-blown glasses, please allow 5 to 10 business days for preparation if your item is not currently in stock.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS / Bpost / PostNL, a reliable and fast international carrier.
Each shipment includes tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping in selected EU Countries on orders from €35.
For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
