Shipping
At Tissire Atelier, each piece is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Rugs, Beldi glassware, ceramics and pillow covers are dispatched from Belgium with tracked delivery, which means no import duties or customs fees for customers within the European Union. Zellij tables are crafted in Salé, Morocco, and travel to your door with UPS, GLS or a private courier, whichever serves your address best.
Preparation time
In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for you. Custom rugs are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. Zellij tables take 2 to 4 weeks to be made in Salé, and at least 4 weeks for the 90 cm size, then 1 to 2 weeks for delivery: all in, count roughly 3 to 6 weeks from order to your door. Due to their weight and fragility they travel with UPS, GLS or a private courier, whichever serves your address best, and you may be called to arrange delivery. Please make sure your phone number is filled in at checkout. We will keep you updated while your piece is being made.
Our Beldi glass is usually in stock. If a design is temporarily out of stock, we restock it first: allow 5 to 10 business days before your order ships. Should it need more time, we will email you right away.
Free shipping
Orders over 75 EUR ship free across the EU.
Smaller orders ship free from 35 EUR in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Spain.
For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. You will always see the final shipping price before confirming your purchase.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched:
Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1 to 4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days
United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 12 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs clearance or local delays.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped via UPS, GLS, Bpost, DPD or PostNL depending on your destination. Zellij tables are delivered by UPS, GLS or a specialist private courier, whichever serves your address best; the courier may contact you directly by phone to arrange delivery. Each shipment includes tracking information, sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at salam@tissireatelier.com or WhatsApp +32 451 06 97 57 within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
