Returns & Refunds
We want every Tissire Atelier piece to find its right home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Can I return my order?
As an EU customer you have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
You can now start a return yourself: log in to your account, open the order, and select Request return. We will email you the next steps. Prefer a hand? Write to us at salam@tissireatelier.com and we will set it up for you.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and contact us at salam@tissireatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it yourself from your account: log in, open the order, and select Cancel order. Your refund follows automatically.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled here, but you are still covered by your 14-day return right above. Need to change something rather than cancel? Write to us at salam@tissireatelier.com and we will do our best to help.
