We want every Tissire Atelier piece to find its right home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for customers within the European Union. Items must be in their original condition and unused.
To initiate a return, contact us at salam@tissireatelier.com and we will guide you through the process.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and contact us at salam@tissireatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
