Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags if they were provided with the item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the return is not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with tags if provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
